Privacy Policy

Basaltframe (basaltframe.com) is run by BCodeCraft. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

You can browse and copy free templates without an account. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive and store:

  • your email address,
  • your name and profile picture URL, as provided by Google or GitHub,
  • your membership level and the date you joined.

We never see or store your Google or GitHub password. We do not request access to your repositories, contacts, files, or anything else.

Why we use it

  • To identify your account and unlock member templates.
  • To show your avatar while you are signed in.
  • To contact you about your account or, once paid plans exist, about purchases. We will not send marketing email unless you opt in.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Cookies

When you sign in, we set cookies that keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. They are required for accounts to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where it is stored

The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Sign-in is handled by Google and GitHub under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@basaltframe.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have further rights, and we will honor them.

Children

Basaltframe is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify members by email.
